We guarantee that your purchase will play on any current Windows PC using Windows Media Player (or Mac if your audiobook is a DRM free mp3).
The guarantee applies for 30 days from the date of your purchase.
Should your purchased audio not play as above within the 30 days, and we can’t help you fix it, we will refund your money in full. This means you can purchase from us with complete peace of mind.
If you need help with playback, or any other issue not covered by the Guarantee, simply let us know via our Customer helpdesk at http://www.audiobooksupport.com where our friendly, helpful staff will do their best to assist you.
